For current needs and long term requirements…our Sales Staff will work with you to insure production interruptions are eliminated. If it’s an Emergency Repair, Normal Production Requirements or an Extended Capital Project they are available to discuss your specific needs and get them resolved.

ENGINEERING:

HMC provides a Full Range of Engineering Service to support your needs. From On-site Inspection and Failure Analysis, Reverse Engineering, Design Improvements Concept and Production Enhancements, Installation Assistance, and Routine Maintenance Inspections… our experience and Latest CAD/Design software are there to ensure performance.

MANUFACTURING:

Our manufacturing services provide customers with a unique combination of Complete In-house, Process Capabilities. Quality, Efficiency and Deliveries are controlled through each step of the process to respond to specific customer requirements.

• Machining - includes the latest, close tolerance, CNC Turning (Vertical & Horizontal), Milling. O.D.'s to 268", Lengths to 400"

• Gear Cutting - Maag Shaping, Hobbing & Form Grinding. O.D.'s to 268"

High machine Bays and 100,000 lbs overhead crane capacities.

Full Analytical Engineering and Technical Support Services are available to assist you from the beginning to the end of your project. HMC technicians can assist with inspections, perform failure analysis and suggest performance enhancement recommendations. We also offer our services to assist during installation and monitor the continued performance of your Gearboxes and Drives.
