Since the 1970's, HMC has been a key supplier of forged fabricated gears to industries worldwide. HMC forged custom fabrication gears provide comparable service life to our high quality, level 1 cast gears when manufactured to our design, specification, and material selection. Our experience centers on designing, specifying and producing large critical gearing for a broad range of applications.

When it comes to selecting materials, we don't compromise by selecting low-cost, typical options. We use precision technology seamless forged steel rings in the production of large, critical open gearing. The gear materials we use optimize hardness, strength and wear resistance, yet also remain forgiving, even in conditions in which operating temperatures dip below 0°F.
