Custom, Specialized, or Close Tolerance Tasks on Large Components is one of our specialties. Our Modern Vertical and Horizontal CNC Machining Centers and Horizontal Lathes enable us to turn, contour, face, spot face, mill, drill, or produce close tolerance holes, on any configuration, with repetitive quality and maximum efficiency. We are able to maintain the tightest tolerances on parts even when they exceed 20' in Diameter.

And if your problem involves Large Shafting or other components requiring Turning in the Horizontal Plane, (NO PROBLEM), our Lathes will facilitate Diameters of up to 82” that are 396’ long.

With our 50 foot high bays and 150,000 lb. overhead crane capacities there are few heavy machining projects we are not able to handle. If you can truck it we can machine it.
