On behalf of the entire dedicated staff at HMC I would like our customer's to be confident in and with that; HMC is committed to the ongoing and continued improvement of Quality Gear Manufacturing. It is our intentions to continue manufacturing 21st Century Advanced Technology Gearing for another 80 years here in Southern Indiana. To affirm this commitment we are pleased to announce our most recent acquisition of the first ever, in North America, 6 Meter, (240"), Hofler Form Grinder which we plan to have installed and running by the first quarter of 2008.

As President of HMC I continually emphasize to my organization the importance of promoting products we believe will offer a reduced cost impact. Our Hofler Rapid 6000 will do just that by giving HMC a "Quantum Leap" in efficiency with gears Internal/External of up to 240" Diameter and to Tolerances of AGMA 15.

The Hofler Rapid 6000 will additionally facilitate HMC with its ability to manufacture the Largest of Pinions of any Pitch with Face Widths of up to 85".

The Rapid 6000 will offer HMC Unique Inspection Capabilities. HMC will have the unparalleled capability to chart tolerances for Lead, Pitch, Profile, & Runout, on Gears of 240" Diameter.
