We moved away from casting houses and learned that using forged material allows us to produce the some of the highest quality gears in the world.

HMC only uses the highest material located in North America and around the world for every precision gearing project. Here at HMC, we choose to use forged fabricated material that allows the gears we manufacture to have a long life due to levels of hardness, wear resistance, harden ability, and impact values.

Large Girth Gears

HMC Gears has the machine capacity to manufacture multiple gears to suit our customers’ project needs. Large, girth gears are HMC’s specialty. HMC’s manufacturing capabilities allow us to manufacture gears up to 8 meters (315”) in diameter is what truly sets us apart from the remaining large gear manufacturers in North America.

We proudly manufacture double web hub gears, single web hub gears, split hub gears, split flange gears, and split spring-mounted gears.
